So carbs are the enemy...

I have discovered that the key to weight loss is no carbs.  My body just does not like them.  I can eat carbs and be ravenously hungry all of the time until my willpower finally snaps OR I can eat no carbs, not crave them at all and lose weight.  Really? I have to cut out a whole macromolecule?  No bread, potatoes, rice, cereal, fruit, dessert, etc.  This was the first halloween of my life that I had ZERO candy - and I was just fine.  I eat meat, fatty foods, some cheeses and vegetables and voila! 13 days, 13 pounds gone.  Who knew?
