The Fat Must DIE!

I am on a mission (along with another fabulous Gemini) to lose my fat and get healthy!  For those of you who see me regularly, encouragement is helpful, chocolate is not :).  Once I hone my blogging skills, a biggest loseresque chart will appear documenting my progress.  In the meanwhile, I will prattle on about my progress, my frustrations and hopefully my success! 

Goals for the week:
  1. exercise at least 3 times
  2. drink more water
  3. replace crappy snacks with healthy snacks
Today I worked out for 35 minutes + 10 minutes stretching.  Small steps lead in the same direction as big ones!
