Sadness

I am frustrated by my apparent lack of willpower and general lameness about how I have (not) taken care of my body.  Bellydancing is a good workout but jeepers I don't think I should be ready to fall over. I managed to eat O.K. today but I still need to scale back (you know so the scale can roll back).

On the plus side, today's bellydancing was better than yesterday's - I think that I felt better during the workout and looked less like a beached hippo doing the routine.

Bottom line - got to keep going!
